Rotate Image

If the image is skewed it will be necessary to rotate it in order for the calibration to be correct and to obtain accurate data.  When you click on this box, a check mark will appear reflecting the active state of the cursor (rotate selection mode).  The check will disappear after the two points on the x-axis have been selected.

Use of the zoom window is recommended in order to get accurate positioning on the axis.  When you select the rotate menu item a message box will guide you to perform the following steps.

Step 1:  Place the cursor exactly on the x-axis at the left side of the graph and click
Step 2:  Place the cursor exactly on the x-axis at the far right of the graph and click

The image will rotate and should now be
orthogonal on the screen.  You can now begin your normal scan sequences.
