Grid Data
This area displays the data from the 2D or 3d scan in a spreadsheet format. Selecting a row or series of rows and hitting the 'DEL' key will erase those points from the grid then selecting "update" will allow the user to immediately see the results in the plotting window.
Click on a column with the left mouse button to select the column, then click with the right mouse button to sort the data based on that column. This is useful if points are added out of order. Normally this would be done on the X column to linearly sort the data in ascending order.
Since you can only plot two columns max (x/y) and it is possible to read in any number of columns just select the first column (x) with the mouse and while keeping the mouse button down drag the mouse over to the column you wish to use for the Y data.
You can also select only a range of rows by selecting the first row you wish to use and dragging the mouse down to the last row you want. The technique for columns mentioned above still applies, allowing you to select a range of values anywhere in the grid. Just hit the 'Update" menu and the data will plot this range on the x/y plotter.
